Daily suggestions from Marc

Every day, Marc can turn recent signals from approved work sources into clear tasks for your review.

Suggestions help you notice useful work without checking every inbox, meeting, and file yourself. Marc may propose a task for today or identify a repeated pattern that could become a Routine.

Suggestions are available only when they are enabled for your workspace. Marc uses only the connections and source access already approved for your account.

Two types of suggestions

Suggested work

A one-time suggestion is a useful task Marc can prepare now.

Examples include:

  • prepare a briefing for an upcoming meeting;
  • review a newly received document;
  • summarize a completed call and prepare follow-up points;
  • create a one-pager from a recent company update;
  • flag a deadline or open question that needs attention.

You can select:

  • Run now to start the work;
  • Edit in chat to adjust the request with Marc;
  • Not interested to dismiss it.

Suggested Routine

When Marc notices that similar useful work keeps coming back, he can suggest turning it into a Routine.

The suggestion explains what Marc proposes, why the pattern may be useful, which approved sources support it, and what the Routine would prepare.

You can review or edit the proposed instruction, then select Add routine. The new Routine is added and enabled with the reviewed setup. Select Not interested when the pattern should not become recurring work.

What Marc can use for suggestions

Depending on your connections and workspace availability, suggestions can draw from recent approved activity such as:

  • Gmail or Microsoft email;
  • Google or Microsoft calendars;
  • recently changed files in Google Drive, OneDrive, or SharePoint;
  • approved meeting summaries or transcripts;
  • work already requested from Marc in Lampi.

A suggestion reflects the information Marc was allowed to review. It does not imply that every related file, message, meeting, or business system was inspected.

Suggestions remain under your control

Creating a suggestion does not send an email, change a CRM record, edit a source file, or create an external commitment.

When you choose Run now, Marc starts the proposed work and keeps its result available for review. Actions that would change an external tool remain subject to the relevant confirmation or approval step.

You can inspect why a suggestion was made, edit its request, dismiss it, or choose not to enable suggestions.

Suggested task or Routine?

Use suggested work when...Use a suggested Routine when...
The task is useful now but may not return.The same useful task repeats over time.
You want to adjust the request before starting.The trigger and expected output can be defined once.
One result will address the current signal.Future approved signals should start the same work.
