Living Work Memory

Clean work memory compounds.

Approved emails, meetings, files, CRM updates, decisions, and completed work can become one connected work memory. Marc keeps that context organized and current, so every assignment can improve the next.

A shared memory that gets more useful with every assignment

Living Work Memory helps Marc and his specialist agents understand the work around a company, project, deal, person, or recurring process without asking your team to repeat the same background every time.

It is not another disconnected archive. It brings together the useful context behind the work: what changed, what was decided, what still needs attention, and which sources support that understanding.

Capture approved work as it happens

Useful context from approved emails, meetings, files, CRM updates, decisions, conversations with Marc, and agent outputs can contribute to the same work memory.

Only the sources and work context available to your workspace are used. You choose whether AI memory is enabled and which connected sources the Living Memory Routine can use.

Keep context clean and connected

Marc connects new information to the relevant people, companies, projects, deals, decisions, and sources. When information is repeated, weak, outdated, or outside the selected scope, it does not need to change the memory.

This keeps the useful understanding together without turning every message or document into a separate memory.

Carry it into the next assignment

When memory is enabled for an agent, it can use relevant history, priorities, decisions, and open questions in later assignments. Your team spends less time restating context and more time reviewing the work itself.

For example, Marc can carry forward:

  • the latest status and open questions for an active deal;
  • decisions made during previous meetings;
  • the priorities and deliverable format expected for a project;
  • recurring review points your team has already established;
  • corrections or updated information provided by your team.

Memory stays grounded in your work

Living Work Memory is built from approved work context. When a source is available, you can return to it to understand where important information came from. Newer information and your corrections can update what Marc carries forward.

Memory helps Marc begin with relevant context, but it does not replace your source documents or your team’s judgment.

You remain in control

You can:

  • enable or disable AI memory;
  • choose which connected sources can keep Living Work Memory current;
  • review and edit individual memory topics;
  • correct information as the work changes;
  • delete a topic or clear all memory.

Disabling AI memory stops Lampi from learning or using remembered context between conversations. Clearing all memory permanently removes learned profile memories and Living Work Memory topics.
