Review and manage Routines

See what is live, what is running, what Marc completed, and what needs your attention.

My Routines

The My Routines page lists the Routines available to your account. You can:

  • search by name or description;
  • filter between all, live, and paused Routines;
  • switch between grid and table views;
  • open a Routine to inspect its work and settings;
  • run an enabled Routine now;
  • pause, enable, or delete a Routine;
  • open View History to review recent activity.

Open a Routine

Each Routine has three main views.

Sessions

Sessions show individual runs of the Routine. Open a session to review its status, result, available sources, and linked work.

Overview

The overview explains what the Routine does, what starts it, and the work it is expected to prepare.

Settings

Settings contain the editable sources, schedule or signal, preferences, output options, and delivery choices supported by that Routine.

You can also select Edit with AI and ask Marc to change the Routine in plain language.

Run or stop work

Select Run now when you want an enabled Routine to start immediately. This creates one new session without changing its normal schedule or trigger.

While a session is running, use Stop run when you no longer want it to continue. Stopping one session does not pause future runs of the Routine.

Review the result

When work is complete, open the session or linked conversation. Depending on the Routine, you may receive a briefing, analysis, draft, one-pager, report, spreadsheet, or slide material.

From the result, you can:

  • inspect the available sources and supporting evidence;
  • edit or refine the output;
  • reply to Marc with a follow-up request;
  • continue in the linked conversation;
  • open the original work surface when the result is a Grid, document, or presentation;
  • approve or complete any action that requires your decision.

Understand Routine status

StatusMeaning
LiveThe Routine can start from its configured schedule or approved signal.
PausedThe setup is saved, but new automatic runs do not start.
RunningMarc and the assigned agents are currently preparing the work.
CompletedThe result is ready to open and review.
FailedThe session could not complete; open it to review the issue and decide whether to run it again.

Keep review in the workflow

Routines prepare work; they do not replace professional judgment. Review important analysis, calculations, drafts, and source evidence before relying on the result or using it externally.

When a Routine reaches an action that needs a decision, Marc keeps that checkpoint visible so your team can approve, reject, edit, or continue the work.
